Samoan Choir CD Fundraiser

Yesterday were able to visit all seven of the Anchorage churches that support Anchorage Junior Academy. It was a whirl wind tour to introduce the new Pre-kindergarten/Kindergarten teacher for this upcoming school year. The last church that we visited was Anchorage Samoan Seventh-day Adventist Church and were blessed to hear some of their singing. Here is a snippet of what we heard.

We, the Samoan choir and I, are working on putting together a CD as a fundraiser to help their students be able to attend AJA. If you would be interested in purchasing a CD let me know.

Christmas Program 2010

The students did an excellent job at the Christmas program this year.

All of the Christams wreaths that were brought to the program sold! The money will go to help students with the worthy student fund.

Christmas Wreaths

A couple of parents are making Christmas wreaths to help raise money for the worthy student fund at Anchorage Jr. Academy.
Last Friday they came and worked with grades 5 through 8 to make some Christmas wreaths as part of our Art class. The wreaths are available for $20 each. If you would like a wreath find a student and let them know or just stop by the school, and can even make your request online.
